We offer personal training and full service fitness center memberships that feature strength training and cardiovascular equipment. Amenities include shower and locker rooms, limited 24 hour access, drinking water, and towel services. Our memberships are perfect for those who are tired of large chain gyms and ready to try a genuine local business. We feel that our facility is the best in Spokane. We have almost 7000 sq. ft. of training space. We are big enough to offer great services while not being so big that we don't remember your name when you come in the door.
