Philosophy: As a personal trainer my focus is to motivate people to reach their goals, giving them confidence to succeed and be their best. Through my internships and work experiences I feel confident working with all types of people and fitness levels including: post-rehabilitation, beginning fitness, fitness maintenance, as well as strength, conditioning and agility for athletes of all ages.
